Where an Account is closed for reasons other than breach or fraud, any Available Balance at the time of closure will be returned to the Member via the most recently used payment method, following completion of any pending KYC requirements.
Members may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting aha77 support. Voluntary closure does not waive any outstanding obligations owed to aha77, including any negative balance positions.

All content on the aha77 platform, including but not limited to the aha77 name, logo, trademarks, service marks, software, source code, game artwork, audio, visual elements, text, databases, and interface design, is the exclusive intellectual property of aha77 or its licensed suppliers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the aha77 platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, sub-license, modify, or create derivative works of any aha77 content.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, aha77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the aha77 platform.
aha77's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Member into their aha77 Account during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in this Agreement limits or excludes aha77's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
In the event of a dispute between you and aha77 that cannot be resolved through good faith negotiation, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through aha77's internal dispute resolution process, accessible via the Member's Account or the aha77 support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved internally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the relevant competent courts or arbitration bodies in the Philippines.
aha77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of this Agreement at any time, with or without prior notice, by publishing the revised Agreement at aha77.vip/terms-conditions. The "Effective Date" at the top of this document indicates the date on which the current version came into force.
Your continued use of the aha77 platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the aha77 platform and may close your Account by contacting support.
